The Gate Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Stefani Estate The Gate Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced entirely from The Gate Vineyard located at the entrance to the winery's Yarra Valley property.

The fruit is handpicked and vinified in open top fermenters. It receives hand plunging to extract colour and flavour from the skins. The wine is then matured in tight grained French oak barrels, both new and seasoned, for 12 months.

Garnet red, Stefani Estate The Gate Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and savoury with full bodied tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
